SeaCon Phoenix's product thrust is in the area of glass to metal seal connectors, feed thrus, electrical devices and lithium battery tops. Applications in harsh environments such as undersea, downhole, nuclear and aerospace provide the most common uses for these products. Phoenix also provides custom molding services in the area of rubber, polyurethane and epoxy molding.
SeaCon Phoenix offers a MIL-1-45208 quality system and is Level 1 Sub Safe approved. We provide in-house testing for helium leak detection, hydrostatic testing, mechanical and electrical testing.
Our in-house engineering offers assistance in all aspects of customer design and fabrication. Our connectors can be designed to withstand up to 20,000 psi with a hermeticity good at 1 x 10-1 leak rates. Many are corrosion resistant with a temperature rating good for 500-6000 F.
SeaCon Phoenix also holds qualifications from the government on MIL-C-24217 and MIL-C-24231 style connectors.
